It provides a useful, customizable dashboard, all the fields you could want on forms, and tons of exportable reports. That said, the more user-friendly FreshBooks and QuickBooks offer all that for less money, so they remain our Editors’ Choice winners for small business accounting.

As with sage 50cloud billing and invoicing, bank reconciliation in Sage 50c could be simpler and clearer. Most modern accounting solutions streamline this process by auto-matching bank line items and transactions. Sage 50c relies more on manual data entry, which we found cumbersome.
